Hi, I’m Kelsy—wife, mama of two amazing kids, and the photographer behind Kelsy Shaffor Photography. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s deeply shaped who I am and the work I do.
Growing up, my childhood was hard, and it shaped the way I saw the world—often through a lens of fear and uncertainty. Those early years left emotional scars that stayed with me for a long time. In my twenties, life brought even bigger challenges when I needed brain surgery—not once, but twice. My scars from those surgeries now serve as daily reminders of Jesus’ faithfulness, even in the moments when I struggled to recognize it.
Everything began to change in 2019 when I gave my life to Jesus. From that point, He started transforming me from the inside out, reshaping how I see myself and the world around me. In 2020, I was married, and soon after, I welcomed our first child in 2021 and our second in 2023. Motherhood has been a beautiful, challenging journey that continues to shape and mold me every day. It’s hard and messy, but deeply worth it.
Based in the Denver suburbs, I have the joy of serving adventurous families, couples, and small weddings throughout Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, and the surrounding Colorado communities. Whether we’re exploring golden light in the mountains or sharing quiet moments at home, my style is moody, authentic, and storytelling-driven.

Since my faith journey began, my mission has been clear: to honor God by capturing real, grace-filled moments for adventurous families and couples. I want to walk alongside you through life’s big and small milestones, creating timeless images that tell your unique story with warmth and intention.
